“The National Recruitment Federation (NRF) recently held its annual conference titled “STEP into the Future” which attracted a delegation of over 300+ from all areas of recruitment and business in Ireland and Europe. Author of the very popular book (and a must read for all people no matter what business you are in) “SMALL STEPS” Paul Mc Neive was the keynote speaker. I saw Paul earlier this year present at another conference and from that day I knew he would be the perfect person to have as the keynote speaker for the NRF. Highly engaging and motivational with a sense of humour thrown in is the recipe that gains him the reputation he has as a much sought after speaker. You could have heard a pin drop for the whole 45 minutes he was on the stage- except when he cracked a joke -mostly at himself, when he had the audience in stitches.
